Return Policy
Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you've received all your items. For all returns:
- Items must not be washed, worn, altered, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Must come with original package.
- All sale items, bikini, bodysuits, and accessories (except for scarves) are not eligible for return.
- If your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for return.

Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping costs unless the original products are defective.

Please note that the refund process might be suspended once you open a dispute, and the processing time of the dispute could take up to 75 days. Kindly contact our support team at support@shopmicas.com if you have any questions or requests.
Refund Payment
In most cases, the refund will be made via the original payment method.
- If you paid with a purchased gift card, refunds will be issued to your original gift card account.
- If you paid with cash, there will be 2 options for you to choose.
- Gift card: full store credit of the returned item(s)'s price plus an extra 20% of that price.
- Cash: refund to the original payment method.
- For all returns, please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your package.
Return Process
- Email us at support@shopmicas.com with title "Return Request: #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".
- Provide us with your order number and email.
- Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
- We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.
- Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.
