You can earn crystallites for every purchase made only after you sign up for the MICAS membership.
No, you cannot earn crystallites on orders paid with a gift card.
Yes, on June 30th and December 31st each year, any crystallites you have held for over a year will expire
and cannot be redeemed.
If your refund is issued as a gift card or exchange, you will keep the Crystallites earned from the order.
Otherwise, Crystallites earned from the refunded amount will be deducted from your account.
We’ll deduct the crystallites from your account. If this results in a negative balance, don’t worry—you can
bring it back to zero by earning crystallites on future purchases.
Your tier will be upgraded automatically once your spending in the past 12 months reaches the next tier
threshold.
If your spending in the past 12 months does not meet your current tier requirement, your tier will be
automatically downgraded.
Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date you qualify.
Membership tiers are calculated based on your cumulative net spend over the past 12 months, excluding
refunds, gift card payments, and discounts.
