Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping costs unless the original products are defective (About quality defects).

For US customers, we offer a prepaid return shipping label service to simplify your return process.
Return eligibility
Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you received all your items.
Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must be accompanied by the original packaging and tags.
⚠️ Note: Please DO NOT open a dispute or chargeback. We CANNOT process the refund until the bank resolves your dispute or chargeback. It usually takes up to 75 days for the bank to resolve your issue. We have a 14-day return policy & an edit center to help. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@shopmicas.com with any questions or requests.

If any item above is sent back, it will be discarded, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

How to edit my order before it is shipped?
- Step 1: Download the MICAS app and navigate to the "Order" section to start a request.
- Step 2: Select the order you wish to edit, ensuring it has not yet been shipped.
- Step 3: Choose the items you would like to modify.
- Step 4: Your request will be processed within 24 hours.
Tips: Each order can only be returned or refunded once, so please ensure all items are included.
A return confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder.
Return process
- Step 1: Click here to start your return. After you've submitted a return, you will automatically receive an email with return instructions.
- Step 2: Mail back your item(s) with a courier of your choice.
- Step 3: A refund will be issued within 3-7 business days after we receive your item(s). MICAS reserves the right to decline a return that does not comply with the conditions of our return policy.
How do I return my order?
- Step 1: Click here to initiate your return. You can also start a return request via the MICAS app under the "Order" section.
- Step 2: Enter your order number and email to submit the return request.
- Step 3: Select the items you wish to return. (Providing a reason for your return helps us improve our service!)
- Step 4: Ship your item(s) back using a courier of your choice.
- Step 5: Once you've shipped your return package, please log back into the return request system https://service.themicas.com/orderReturn and enter your tracking number. This allows us to monitor your return efficiently and ensure a smooth processing experience.
- Step 6: A refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items. MICAS reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Where is my refund?
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
For Gift Card payments
The refund will be issued to your gift card account as full store credits equal to the returned item(s).
For Bank Transfer, PayPal payments, or Klarna payments
- Option 1 - Discount: Keep the item(s) and get a discount for your next purchase.
- Option 2 - Gift Card: Keep the item(s) and get store credit.
- Option 3 - Cash: refund to the original payment account. Please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted.
- Our agents will get in touch with you via email in case there are any issues related to your order, such as payment, items, or transaction security. In the event of no response from you, we will proceed with the order using the method specified in the emails.

About quality defects
- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness variations, texture, or slight color differences caused by monitor display settings.
- Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preferences.
- Damage resulting from use, washing, improper care, maintenance, self-repair, alterations, or other human factors.
- Sizing-related returns. Please consult our sizing chart before purchasing, as our service team can only provide guidance, not guarantees.
- Slight differences in dimensions or fit between items of the same size due to variations in design and style. Please refer to actual measurements for the most accurate fit.
