Return Shipping Fee

Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping costs unless the original products are defective.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items.
  • If a dispute or chargeback is opened, the processing time of refund would take up to 75 days. Kindly contact our support team at support@shopmicas.com for any questions or requests.
  • Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must come with original package and original tags attached.
  • All gift cards, surprise boxes, sale items, tights, bikinis, bodysuits, and accessories (except for scarves) are not eligible for return.
  • If your order is purchased through store credits accumulated from previous returns, the order is not eligible for return.
  • Purchases made using compensatory Store Credits are non-refundable.
  • Shipping cost are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

How to return my orders?

  • Step 1: Click here to start your return. After you've submitted a return, you will automatically receive an email with return instructions.
  • Step 2: Mail back your item(s) with a courier of your choice.
  • Step 3: Refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive your item(s). MICAS reserves the right to decline a return that does not comply with the conditions of our return policy.

REFUND PAYMENT

Where is my refund?

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • For Gift Card payments:

    The refund will be issued to your gift card account as full store credits equal to the returned item(s).

  • For Bank Transfer, Paypal payments or Klarna payments:

    Option 1 - Gift Card: full store credits equal to the returned item(s) and plus an additional 20% of that price.

    Option 2 - Cash: refund to the original payment account. Please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted.

  • Our agents will get in touch with you via email in case there are any issues related to your order, such as payment, items, or transaction security. In the event of no response from you, we will proceed with the order using the method specified in the emails.

How long will it take to get my refund?

After we receive your return parcel, we will process your refund within 5 business days and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. Please allow additional processing time for the refund, which varies by your payment method/card issuer.

  • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
  • Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, and personal preference changes are not a quality issue.
  • Damages due to use, washing, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.
  • Please refer to our sizing chart for decisions on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
  • Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences among items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
